1. Raw Material

2. Production Process

4. Temperature and Pressure Resistance
Temperature Resistance: The applicable temperature range of A105 material is approximately from -29°C to 425°C. Charpy impact energy compliance shall be verified for low-temperature service.
Pressure Resistance: The rated working pressure of the product is determined by its wall thickness schedule (such as Sch40, Sch80), nominal size and allowable stress of the material at design temperature. Specific pressure values shall be calculated or inquired according to standards including ASME B16.9 and GB/T12459.
