Description
This loose flange manufactured by Hebei Hexin Pipe Fitting Co., Ltd. complies with the Chinese chemical industry standard HG/T20600-2009. It is made of high-quality carbon steel A105 as raw material.
Production Process: A105 steel billets are cut, heated and forged into flange rings, followed by heat treatment. Precision machining is then carried out to process bolt holes and sealing surfaces (PJ/RJ, namely flat face/raised face), and ensure fitting accuracy with lap joint stub ends or welding rings. After surface treatment, the products undergo inspection and assembly (loose assembly of flange rings and welding rings).
Application Fields: It is widely used for pipeline connection in chemical, petrochemical, light industry, electric power and other industries. It is especially suitable for scenarios requiring space saving, convenient installation and alignment, or occasions where pipeline materials differ from flange materials. The RJ (ring joint face) sealing type is applicable to high-pressure and high-temperature working conditions.
Temperature and Pressure Resistance: With PN16 pressure rating, when made of A105 material, its operating pressure shall be reduced in accordance with the standard pressure-temperature rating based on temperature within the allowable temperature range (such as -29°C to 425°C), corresponding to 16 bar at room temperature.
