Product Details:
This butt welding reducing tee is made of 15CrMo alloy steel. 15CrMo is a pearlite heat-resistant steel featuring high hot strength, oxidation resistance, excellent hydrogen corrosion resistance, as well as certain sulfur resistance and corrosion resistance at high temperatures. It is generally delivered in mill finish or with simple anti-rust treatment.
Production Process: 15CrMo material inspection → Blanking → Heating → Forging → Heat treatment (Normalizing + Tempering) → Machining → Non-destructive testing → Hardness and metallographic examination (optional) → Pressure test → Anti-rust packaging.
Application Fields: It is mainly applied to high-temperature and high-pressure pipelines in hydrogenation and cracking units of the petrochemical industry, medium-temperature and medium-pressure steam pipelines in thermal power plants (such as boiler superheater headers), as well as process pipelines in fertilizer, coal chemical industry and other fields.
Temperature and Pressure Resistance: Its long-term service temperature can reach about 550°C, and a higher temperature is bearable for short-term service. It still maintains favorable oxidation resistance and hot strength within 500°C~550°C. With high pressure-bearing capacity, it is suitable for medium and high pressure working conditions.
