1. Raw Materials
It is forged from high-quality A105 carbon steel. A105 is a medium carbon steel featuring excellent mechanical properties, plasticity and weldability. It is a commonly used material for manufacturing pressure vessels and pipeline flanges, ensuring high strength and superior reliability of products.
2. Production Process
The production procedure is as follows: Raw material inspection → Blanking → Heating and forging → Preliminary forming → Heat treatment (normalizing or annealing to relieve internal stress and refine grains) → Mechanical processing (flange face turning, drilling, thread tapping) → Precision finishing of sealing face → Surface treatment (if required) → Dimension and appearance inspection → Pressure testing (if applicable) → Final inspection → Marking and packaging. 3. Application Fields

4. Temperature and Pressure Resistance

At ambient temperature (-29°C to 38°C), the maximum allowable working pressure is approximately 19.6 bar (around 285 psi). The specific temperature-pressure curve shall refer to the temperature-pressure data of A105 material specified in ASME B16.5 standard. A105 material is generally applicable within the temperature range of -29°C to 425°C.
