Raw Material: 304 austenitic stainless steel. It is a general-purpose stainless steel containing 18-20% chromium and 8-10.5% nickel. It boasts excellent corrosion resistance, formability and weldability, and is among the most widely used stainless steel varieties.
Production Process: 1. Select 304 stainless steel plates or tube blanks complying with GB/T1220 standard; 2. Cutting and blanking; 3. Hot pushing forming (conventional process); 4. Solution heat treatment (water quenching at approximately 1050-1100°C); 5. Straightening and port machining; 6. Pickling and passivation treatment to obtain a bright and clean surface and enhance corrosion resistance; 7. Dimensional and visual inspection; 8. Optional pressure testing or non-destructive testing (as per order requirements); 9. Packaging and delivery.
Application Fields: Suitable for various environments with mild corrosion or requirements for hygiene and cleanliness, including food and beverage processing, wine brewing, pharmaceutical industry, light chemical industry, household appliances, architectural decoration, water treatment systems, cryogenic liquid storage and transportation, etc.
Temperature and Pressure Resistance: The continuous service temperature range of 304 stainless steel is approximately from -196°C to 800°C (in oxidizing environments). However, long-term service within the sensitization temperature range of 425-860°C may cause intergranular corrosion tendency. Its pressure resistance varies by wall thickness grade. Manufactured in accordance with GB/T12459 standard, it can meet the requirements of ordinary pressure pipelines with outstanding plasticity and toughness.
